AI/ML Engineer

Who We’re Looking For:

As a AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems, algorithms, and models that learn from data and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and design, develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms from concept to production in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Ensure project timelines and targets are consistently met.
• Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of maintaining and supporting applications.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to improve existing applications.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience in implementing and deploying large-scale, customer-facing AI/ML systems.
• Deep knowledge of Python and R for model development, ML frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps, and understanding AI/ML concepts and potential ethical issues.
• Strong understanding of classical and modern AI/ML techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, beyond academic coursework.
• Extensive experience in classification, time series analysis, pattern recognition, reinforcement learning, deep learning, dynamic programming, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to identify high-impact data analytics problems and determine the most relevant datasets and variables.
• Experience in collecting, cleaning, validating, and processing large structured and unstructured datasets from diverse sources.
• Proficiency in developing and applying models and algorithms to extract insights from big data.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data and derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in communicating findings through data visualization and reports for stakeholders.
• Real-world experience with supervised and semi-supervised learning models.
